Instructions for installing units equipped with concealed steel hangers (keyhole hangers)

1. Strike a line on wall parallel with floor at desired mounting height above the floor, at top of board.
2. Measure dimensions “A” between centerlines of hangers at top of board. Mark wall approximately 1” below chalkline on wall using dimensions “A” and drill holes as required for screws or other hanging devices as required by wall conditions.
3. After top row of holes have been drilled, measure dimensions “B” vertically, center to center, with top holes. Measure bottom row of hanger holes horizontally as done previously with top hangers. Mark bottom hanger holes on wall and drill as required.
4. Install mounting devices on wall, lift board into position over hangers and drop into position. Board is now ready to use.

Note: Hanger quantities vary according to size of board. 4’ x 6’ units have two top hangers only; 4’ x 8’ units have two hangers at top and two at bottom; 4’ x 10’ units have three at top and three at bottom and 4’ x 12’ units have four at top and four at bottom.
